Instructions
  1. Slice onion and place int a bowl of ice water to sit 10 minutes while other ingredients are prepared.
  2. Chop mango and place in a bowl with half of the lime juice and salt. Test and increase lime juice to your liking.
  3. Add jalapenos, cilantro, and drained onions.
