Instructions
  1. Pour milk and sweetener into a container (a seal-able jar is preferred).
  2. Add chia seeds and shake (only if you have a sealed jar!) or mix.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours while you relax on the hammock.
  4. Enjoy as is or see some tips below to spice it up!
